Jane Yeboah
Holistic Counselling, UKCP Accredited

About me
Welcome, I’m Jane Yeboah – a holistic counsellor committed to supporting individuals on their journey toward healing, clarity, and self-connection. My work is rooted in the understanding that true wellbeing comes from nurturing the whole self – mind, body, and spirit.
For over 20 years, I’ve worked with people offering compassionate guidance and emotional support through the complex transitions of adolescence and early adulthood. I have also worked with people with neuro-diversity, always meeting each individual with patience, understanding, and deep respect for their unique ways of experiencing the world.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, life changes, or simply seeking a deeper sense of self, I provide a safe and non-judgmental space to explore your inner landscape. My holistic approach weaves together traditional counselling with intuitive and integrative practices tailored to each person’s needs.
Healing is not about fixing – it’s about remembering who you are. I’m honoured to walk alongside you on that journey.
Holistic counselling, offered in person & online.
My services
I offer counselling from a quiet, purpose-built room in my home in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire. The space is warm, welcoming, and designed to support your comfort and confidentiality. I am also well-located for clients travelling from King’s Lynn and Peterborough.
Face to Face or Online via Zoom
Choose the setting that feels most comfortable and accessible for you – whether you prefer the connection of in-person sessions or the flexibility of online work.
Short-term, structured counselling or long-term psychotherapy
Short-term work is typically goal-focused and time-limited, while long-term therapy offers a deeper, more exploratory process at your own pace.
Weekly or fortnightly sessions
Frequency can be adapted to suit your needs, lifestyle, and therapeutic goals, and can be reviewed together as we go.
Daytime and evening appointments (Tuesday to Friday)
I offer flexible scheduling to make it easier to access support around your work or family commitments.

Frequently asked questions
-
The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you to counselling, any goals or concerns you have, and how I work. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask questions and decide whether you feel comfortable moving forward together.
-
Each session lasts 50 minutes. Each session is £60 for one session. Or, for evenings £65 for one session.
-
That depends on you and your goals. Some people benefit from just a few sessions, while others prefer ongoing support over a longer period. We’ll review your progress regularly and decide together what feels right.
-
Yes. I offer sessions via Zoom for those who prefer or require remote access. Online therapy can be just as effective as face-to-face and offers flexibility if you're unable to travel.
-
Yes, confidentiality is a vital part of the counselling relationship. What you share with me stays between us, with a few legal exceptions (such as if there’s a serious risk of harm to you or someone else). We’ll go over this in more detail during your first session.
-
You’re welcome to bring anything that’s on your mind. Common topics include anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationships, identity, low self-esteem, life transitions, and more. My experience also includes working with young people and adults with special needs.

You can contact me via email (janeyeboah@hotmail.co.uk) or phone (07492409921) to arrange an initial session. I aim to respond within 48 hours and will offer you available times that suit your schedule.
